I just purchased my home and when I had a clogged toilet that wouldn't budge with a plunger, I knew I had to call in the professionals. My step dad has ALWAYS used B&B Plumbing so I took a note from his book and called. They came out right away and fixed the issue quickly even with difficulties. Shortly after the toilet issue, I found a leak from the shower in my OTHER bathroom and called. Again, quick, prompt, and professional! For me they were fantastic. On time every time. I Rent my home so am not sure on the cost of things I have had done so can't comment on that. All employees were polite, quick, and tried to explain to me what they were doing since I like to learn and they explained to me while working so I could learn. Would recommend to anyone

After coming to my house and fixing a simple sink clog, they left trash all over my bathroom like used gloves and remnants from what clogged the sink on the floor. Used MY towel to clean up the gunk (funny an entire company dedicated to plumbing and heating hasn’t figure out a way to not be messy and bring their own clean up equipment) then left without anyone else home with the door wide open. They did not just leave it unlocked. Door opened.
Unprofessional. My friend unclogged the sink the first time, she’s not a plumber, and was able to fix it with less of a mess.
