WATCH OUT! This franchise loves to tell you that they are TOO busy until after hours. Then they slam you for overtime charges. I used them a couple different times. I had to have them out a 2nd time and PAY for a second call because they didn't clear the drain right and a couple days later had to call them again. I complained and they wouldn't refund. I cannot recommend that anyone call them.

Scott P was great! We have an oldish house with a backed up main drain line. He stayed as long as was necessary to get the unique situation fixed. Knowledgeable and professional. One of the only companies I even got a response from and the only company that wasn’t a week plus booked out for service calls.

I had the pleasure of having Christian Choate fix my shower. I know it wasn’t the most tedious fix, but the screws were severely stripped and I, unfortunately, did not have the tools to get them out. He was able to do so and fix the shower, in a very short period of time. Also, he was incredibly nice, professional and talented. I like Roto Rooter, as a company, but they do charge fairly high prices. Thanks for all the help, though
