I called Kaufman to clean carpets on a newly purchased condo. They scheduled an appointment at my convenience and arrived promptly. To my surprise, they refused to "take my money" upon arrival. They inspected the carpet, even the corners and informed me the carpet was new and absolutely clean. That kind of customer service and integrity made me a loyal customer. I'll refer their services to everyone.

I would like to say my experience with Kaufman was a blessing. My son works for an oil shop and had destroyed our carpets. Mr. Ryan and Mr. Robert had an early morning cancellation and put us in that spot. We had been calling around thinking this livingroom carpet would have to be replaced. these men pulled off an miracle. Carpet look brand new. We are very thankful that Butch Kaufman has such great worker. Thanks again Mr.Ryan and Mr. Robert

I cannot brag on Butch and his team enough! They have really became more like family over the last two years. I am a property manager and have used them at two different properties I have managed. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Butch, his office team and the guys who come here weekly to clean our carpets are not only friendly but always do an amazing job. I work for an apartment community and we use them for all carpet cleanings, many on-call water extractions, mildew treatments and so on. Everyone is very nice and Butch, the owner, stops by occasionally to check in. They are quick, efficient, and come out whenever we need them. Residents are more pleased with carpet cleanings than before.
