Super professional company. From the lady that setup my service call to the reminder call and the plumber, all were very courteous and professional.
They were extremely busy so I was booked eight days out as our issue wasn't that drastic. Radiant quoted about 12 weeks! In retrospect, I'm glad that Radiant couldn't make it out. Everyone at Proficient Plumbing were amazing to deal with and the price for the repair was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Proficient ran a propane line for us to where our new backup generator is to go. The work is beautiful, and carefully tested. The team doing the work was super-professional and very friendly. I had a general idea of what was required, but they got the installation spec for the model of generator we have and made sure what was installed was exactly what was called for. It wasn't cheap, but the price was entirely reasonable. They clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows.
I would recommend Proficient to anyone needing any kind of plumbing work.

Had a slab leak and needed a new water line run to the master bathroom.
The house had been diagnosed already via multiple closed loop methods.
They cut open the house pipes with no static pressure test reading before hand. They filled up the empty leaking pipe, that had been unused for a month, with water. They vacuumed out the water of the supply line. They then attempted to use atmosphere as a proper explanation/test of pipes holding water. Seriously, the pipes are exposed to atmosphere, where is the psi coming from?? I need an explanation of how atmosphere converts to psi.

I had Proficient Plumbing come out to install a 42k grain water softener I had already purchased for my 2500sqft home. Our home already has a Loop ready to go so it should have been a plug and play job. The staff tried to pressure me into buying a larger whole new system for $4500. When I declined they wanted $2500 to install the softener I had already purchased. Clearwater Plumbing, is doing the same job for $180 an hour. Make your own decision but it was clear they were only interested in getting as much money out of me as possible.

I've had the pleasure of using Proficient Plumbing Solutions for numerous commercial projects over the past couple of years. We had Proficient Plumbing do a large job, they connected our detached garage to the water main at our house. It was about 300' away, they had to use a trenching machine and navigate the driveway and a stone wall. They treated the job like they were working on their own house, they paid particular attention to ensuring that they didn't uproot any trees or damage our stone wall. After the trenching was finished and they covered the trench you wouldn't even know they had been there. They used quality materials and went one-step above and beyond by installing a tracer wire
