Our passion is combining the ideas of our clients with our 30 plus years of design and construction experience to produce the most cost effective and attractive building possible. Following the completion of working drawings, Construction Consultants project management team will solicit competitive bids from preselected local subcontractors.
After the design process and the bidding process are complete a maximum not to exceed contract is signed and construction is the final piece of the puzzle to turn that idea into a building. For more than 30 years Construction Consultants has been in the design/build business, completing projects for banks, credit unions, offices, apartments, churches, hotels and government entities.
