Had a great experience with Chris from Berry Construction. We were having a plumbing emergency and although we were (finally) able to get that under control, we were still looking to have our septic tank pumped. We made an appointment for the following week but Chris ended up calling later that afternoon saying he had time to shoot over. He was super friendly and helpful and we couldn't have been happier! Will definitely call them again in two years =)

We had an emergency the week before Christmas and they managed to fit us in and pumped out our septic and then diagnosed the issue. I am so relived that it wasn't worse than I thought. Thank you Dave and your team for going above and beyond for me and my family. I will recommend you to anyone who is needing septic repairs and pumps.

Called them to pump our septic tank. Made appt to come out first thing 9:00am on Monday morning the following week. I spent all weekend digging up my garden (in 95 degree heat) looking for the cover for them. My husband took off work to be there. Its now 10:45 and they didn't show up, and don't answer their phones.
