Purchased a new gutter system and gutter helmet in August 2018. As part of the price they offered a 10% rebate by a Cash Card at Costco. The total cost of installation was $8700. they were suppose to send me a 821.00 cash card. I am still waiting and Gutter helmet local service said the it is a problem with Costco. Costco can seem to figure it out after I have contacted the 8 times since Jan 13th.
If you are counting on a rebate as part of your bid, DONT.

Gutter helmets did a nice job on our roof. They installed covers so we won’t have to worry about cleaning them. I have had no problems. The customer service took a little longer than expected but probably because there was a storm. I think they are professional and did a great job.

Every tool and method to not hold the company accountable for any errors on the job were used. Contract that customer has to sign is a basic description, no exact detail or markup of the areas to be fixed listed. No adequate time is given before the work date is confirmed. I did not have the chance to schedule a day off from work, when I got the call end of day on a Saturday that the crew is coming out on Monday. Calling them on Monday morning first thing, the msg was that the crew had the plans for the work and they did not need me to be there. After having waited 6 weeks for Harry Helmet yo start

I submitted a complaint and received a telephone response within one hour from the Regional Manager. He listened to my concern and offered a refund. This company clearly cares for its customers!

Horrendous quality/service!
First installation appointment:
When they started the work they put up 5 inch gutters knowing they were the incorrect size but continued installation. My husband checked on progress and 3/4 way through stopped them as it was glaringly obvious that the gutters were way too small. Reluctantly they agreed to contact the estimator to have the correct size gutters ordered. Then rescheduled to come back out.
In the interim 1/4 of our house had no gutters and there were no downspouts (all were removed). it rained for several days during this time.

We had Gutter Helmet installed 3 years ago and we are very satisfied. We have large trees surrounding our house and e never have had a problem with our gutters. the system keeps the leaves out and I never have to clean my gutters. If you are tired of cleaning your gutters, have gutter helmet installed.

The truck pulled up to repair our neighbors gutter.
The truck said 'Gutter Helmet.' I don't know the specifics of the location where this particular repair person came from. I was backing out of my garage to go run an errand. I slowly backed out looked to my left and this is what I saw....I wouldn't be calling you for a service call on my gutters!

Gutter helmet is the worst company you can deal with.Once they get your money you can call them they will disrespect you.I just got off the phone with gina,she told me she will report me to the branch manager.
I've been calling them for over 2 months and they will call you to schedule an appointment and it never happens...

After walking past the dozen or so outside service vendors at Costco for 30 years, I finally succumbed and purchased about $15000 worth of services from Gutter Helmet. The contract had Costco's name on it, the brochure had Costco's name on it, and the vendor was physically occupying square footage in Costco.. I also received a $1000 rebate from Costco. Yet, when I had a problem with leakage after the installation and contacted both the national and local franchise of Gutter Helmet, I only got a runaround from them. They now have an office manager who is very responsive and on top of things. This has definitely improved communications. The manager was not happy with how I was treated and offered to install the section of new gutter and downspout for free. They came out quickly and did the replacement well and in under an hour. After cleaning and caulking, the rest of the gutters seem to be doing their job. Glad I gave them a chance to make it right

During our first windstorm in November 2017 our neighbor's canopy was lifted from his back yard, over the fence and hit the top of our roof. The metal legs on the canopy dented 2 sections of our Gutter Helmet.
We called Gutter Helmet to report the damage. A technician, JT, was sent out by Gutter Helmet to assess our damage. He was friendly, courteous and attentive. After going over the damage with me, he wanted to know if we had any other problems with the gutter guards that he could correct - and I was pleased to tell him "No" as everything else was OK.

The only reason why this organization got one star from me was because I was unable to comment with a zero star rating. The sales representative who came to my home promised me superior service and guaranteed that I would be able to make monthly payments for the Gutter Helmet installation. THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE! when the installers arrived, not only did they not initially announce their presence, but they proceeded to give me "suggestions" regarding home improvements they felt would be "beneficial to my property value". In addition they also wanted to tack on additional charges for the Gutter

I just had a hundred and sixty feet of gutters put on my barn and 40 feet of gutter guard put on my house the gutter guard makes my gutters have a lifetime warranty the gentleman that helped me with the pricing his name is Dan he did an incredible job and probably gave me the best deal anybody could ever get doing gutters and the gutter helmet I would strongly recommend this group to anybody I've Done Construction for many years and the work that they do is extremely good and precise the gentleman that did most of the work his name was John T if you're lucky enough to get him out to work

This company ROCKS! We used the Harry Helmet in the Seattle area. We've had the original Gutter Helmet for 10+ years. A couple years ago Harry Helmet contacts us by letter stating they took over the Seattle area Gutter Helmet. They wanted to do a free inspection to see how our system was doing and introduce themselves in case we ever needed repair, new work, etc. I thought it was just a sales ploy, but it had been a while since our system had been looked at, so we had them come out. They totally were there for proactive service!! They tweaked a few things that had shifted, and said
