The day of the appointment Jason called us a half hour before he was scheduled to come to let us know he was on his way. I am very happy with the overall experience and finished product. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the siding and how it would look on my house. From the salesman Phil to the project manager Anna and the crew who made everything come together. I couldn't be more pleased. Another wonderful benefit besides the beauty of the siding, is my house is better insulated now. My oil burner is not turning on as much.

There is no roofing company around that can hold a candle to King Quality. I built my house back in 1988 and when I needed a new roof 5 years ago, I called King Quality and was very impressed with the person who came to give me the quote on a taking the old roof off and installing a new roof along with new gutters. We decided on King Quality for siding and some windows in part because of all the positive reviews we were seeing but the experience has not been as positive as we had hoped. Everything started out as you would expect with the initial rip of the old siding. Very messy but that is to be expected and the crew did a decent job of cleaning up after each day. Issue starts when I realize that they had removed almost every window screen, even on windows they were not replacing. Once we noticed and asked for the screens back, no one know where they were. We are 2 months out of the job being finished and

We had King Quality do our home back in November, both siding and a new roof as well as roof repair. I cannot say enough good things about the roofers, they were super fast, clean, and they left zero mess behind. It was like we didn't even have anything done at all! Our siding took a few days which was expected, and the job was a bit messier and more mess was left behind. On Christmas Eve, while attempting to land on our roof, Santa's reindeer ripped off some of our siding. It was a small piece but we couldn't reattach it ourselves because we don't own a ladder tall enough. We contacted King Quality Construction the next morning on Christmas and they responded right away! Without hesitation we were told they could come out the next week to reattach the piece. My house was the ugliest house on the block and everyone who drove past it could notice how bad the roof was. After some bad past experiences years ago we were hesitant to do anymore work. Our slowly getting worse roof, and brick I hated forced us to start looking into companies. I had a list of 4 but for some reason before even getting an estimate I kept saying I bet this will be who we choose. They installed seven (7) windows and they were finished in less than one (1) day. The windows are Top Quality and very efficient. We just had new siding, windows, stonework, garage doors, gutters, and a standing seam metal roof on a bay window done on our home by King Quality. The experience exceeded our expectations. I needed a new roof so I got estimates from at least 5-6 construction companies. A guy named Dan from King Quality came and really took the time we needed to explain in detail what would be happening and why the cost was what it was and mistakes to look for with other estimates. They weren't the cheapest but felt the most comfortable with them and their warranty was the best. The day they came to replace my roof all the workers were extremely professional and courteous. They got the job done in the time I was told it would take. The new roof is beautiful and I can't find any problems

This is a revised review....King Quality seemed to be professional al first and quick to get work done. However make sure you review all phases of the work that has been completed. I had to have them comeback numerous times to address varying issues, from a leaking roof, incomplete work, sloppy metal capping, and an improperly installed door. Each time I called the office staff was friendly and would send someone out immediately. However the person they would send was completely not capable of handing any type of work and was very frustrating. However after numerous attempts King Quality sent Larry

Phil explained the process to my wife and I very thoroughly and we were impressed because of the depth of knowledge Phil has for the work and for the product. Other roofers didn't provide the same quality product including the ice barrier, the deck armor or ridge vents, all of which are part of the technology today to make the roof last longer and perform better.
I would definitely recommend King Quality construction to anyone needing

We hired King Quality to replace our roof and siding. They did a great job and we are very happy with how it came out. There were a few hiccups along with way with so many men working on the house at the same time (different crews) but they worked through it together and got the job done on time. They cleaned up (for the most part) at the end of each day and were professional.
