Primrose installed our paver walkway for our new home. After 6 months there has been some settlement and cracks that need to be repaired. I contacted back in the beginning of May about scheduling to come out. The lady keeps saying she will trying to get me in the schedule this week every time I try calling. All they do is complain that my house is an hour from them so they keep pushing me back. I asked them to put me in the schedule when there next opening is but they cannot she said. I dont mind if its a month or two out but they said they dont work like that. They are not professional at all

Firstly, I saw one of your guy loading their equipment on the truck after completing a landscaping job in the neighborhood. I stopped and asked if he had a card, he said "No" and proceeded to ignore me. When I asked for a phone number to inquire about your services he continued to ignore me while I sat in there for good 5 minutes. I figured it was the color of my skin that prompted his blatantly disregard of my inquiry. Secondly, to make matters worse, when I called to share my experience with the owner, the phone was disconnected as I was speaking to the representative who answered the phone.
