Richardson Carpet Cleaning Service is a family owned business that has been servicing the Metro Atlanta area since 1985. Our mission is to be there for our clients and help them maintain a clean, happy, and healthy environment for their homes and places of work. We treat our clients and customers with honesty, respect and courtesy.
We use truckmounted and portable extraction cleaning equipment. The different types of equipment allows us easy access into single family homes as well as high-rise condominiums and apartments. Our cleaning methods leave your carpets clean and fresh smelling without leaving a residue that attracts dirt after the clean.
The method we use for cleaning is hot water extraction, or also known as "steam cleaning". To accomplish this, we use both truck mounted and portable units. We ask that our clients remove any breakable objects off of tables or chests. We usually move items and put them in a safe area if they are not already moved by the client.

Wow! Three cheers for Richardson!! I couldn't be happier with the results for my recliner and for Richardson. Not only did they do wonderful work cleaning my recliner but they are terrific people: responsive, on time, genuine & caring, Their service was so quiet I was able to continue working in the next room. There was absolutely no mess -- they draped all around the chair. I was also delighted there was no odor! Thank you so much!!

Ronnie and Teresa did an awesome job cleaning all the wall to wall carpet in my house as well as a couple of high end area rugs. The results were amazing! Some of the high traffic areas had multi-year spots and stains but everything looked beautiful when they left. They were pleasant and professional - I can't say enough about how happy I am with their work. I have used other carpet cleaners with much less satisfactory results. Highly recommend!

Whether it be regular carpet and upholstery cleaning to 911’s regarding spilled turkey chili and Christmas cookie icing on chairs from kids, Richardson Carpet Cleaning is successful every time at a reasonable price with beyond the call results! The Richardson’s cleaned and treated my condo carpet today. Clearly, no challenge is too great for their expertise honed over 30 yrs in business. There were a variety of stains and dust residue in two rooms. Their method delivered outstanding results. And they returned small items to each room, placing plastic pads and blocks under floor lamps, chairs, ottomans, sofa and chairs for the drying phase. Will add a tickler for them to return for an annual cleaning from now on!

The Richardsons were recommended to us by a family member and they did not disappoint. They are the hardest working, most results-oriented people we have worked with on a household project. They cleaned our carpets, rugs and upholstery, and did a terrific job freshening up our tile floors and grout, including sealing the grout in our kitchen and master bath. They are wonderful people to work with and you should definitely give them an opportunity to please you.

Richardson Carpet Cleaning is the most professional carpet and upholstery cleaning service I have ever used. If you are needing a cleaning company that specializes in fine silk, wool and delicate fiber rugs and upholstery, they should be your go to service. I have cats and they can clean up silk rugs from cat accidents; as if it never happened. Super honest and a pleasure to work with.
