Eric arrived on time and ready to go. He vacuumed out the gutters which is so much nicer than having someone use a blower on the roof and blow the leaves and Fir needles everywhere! Very personable and will definitely use Eric in the future for other roof and gutter jobs at our house.

We sadly had a very disappointing experience, and although the owner was a very nice person, his work was simply not good. Pictured is the gutter that was "cleaned" as well as a new paper towel I wiped on the outside "clean" window pane (he came during a very rainy day rather than rescheduling and simply took a coarse brush to the windows to "clean" them, but that just spread around dirt). We called about the issues and he never apologized for us being unhappy with the quality of work/ lack of work, only said he would come back for "touchups." I have two experiences with this company. My wife had Ram NW come out for moss mitigation on the roof of our house and shop and a few days later I requested a quote to construct 20 feet of chain link fencing.
They sprayed the house roof with moss killer and that worked fine, however the shop does not have gutters so they sprayed it lighter out of concern for the plants around the building which was appreciated.
The guy who applied the moss treatment told my wife the shop might require an additional treatment since he had to go lighter on it, so if it doesn't look like the moss has died off after
