Worst experience and I definitely donated $130.00. I called for a Sunday appointment and was told they needed to check with someone that likes to work extra hours. Judy accepted the job. I wanted the empty townhome cleaned before I moved in. During the walk through of the empty home I pointed out the stove, blinds, and baseboards as being most important along with simple dusting and cleaning of window seals. The place wasn't dirty just real dusty actually. Judy arrived 30 mins late called her boss speaking in another language to say this job will take 4 hours, NOT but ok. She arrived looking

One of the worst experience I've had with a service. They show up 90 mins early during a work meeting, then their boss calls 30 mins later saying, "They will be there in 60 mins."
Me: "They're already here and have been since 9:15am"
Her: "Oh I told them to wait."
Me: "They interrupted my work calls, I'm not happy."
