This product is an EPA Registered Antimicrobial Disinfectant that meets the EPA's criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2 when used on Hard/Non-Porous Surfaces like Tile, Wood, Laminates, Vinyl, Linoleum and Stone.This product has also been demonstrated to be highly effective cleaner of Soft/Porous Surfaces-including Carpet, Rugs and Upholstery-when used in connection with our proprietary and industry-leading cleaning equipment.

Our availability can fluctuate throughout the year, our availability can range from next day to 10 days out during the busy seasons which are typically spring and fall. We carry specifically formulated spotters which are designed to loosen and remove pet spots.
When you called to schedule an appointment, was the person you spoke with helpful and knowledgeable in answering your questions? My tenants used this company to clean carpets and I've attached photo to show poor quality of their work (vacuumed up after they cleaned, never has this happened with other carpet cleaning companies). I strongly suggest you don't use. When they received photo, they left me a message and indicated they'd put a lein on my house in first communication with me.
I hope we can come to amicable resolution of them servicing again as they indicated they would. I've used other companies in the past that did a much better job and were actually professional. Not sure how they've been in business this long
