They are prompt. People do answer the phone and are polite. Appointments are on time. The only negative is my warranty covered compressor. The part is free but the charge to replace was $1490.00. Other vendors came in at $800. Frederick air would not go into detail on price brake down. Also an $12 capacitor (Lowes) is charged at $171.00 with labor as extra on top of the $171.00. Just being honest this did not seem reasonable. But they need to keep the doors open you know. I ended up using a company that fixed it for free. No site visit charge either. WOW! Myers Heating and Air. GREAT company. I
