Tetteris Heating & Air replaced my AC. Mike Tetteris the owner, was great. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very interested in fixing the issues I was having correctly. The Install team was on time, courteous and very professional. The install team cared about making sure the install went smoothly and ensured that the install looked great. They cleaned up and made the process effortless. I truly am happy with my install and am happy to use Terreris Heating & Air for all my heating and air needs.

Our AC stopped working in 90 degree weather. My husband called a few places but none of them could come out for over a week. He called Tettris well past typical business hours but they took our call and then had someone at the house at 8am the next morning. Our AC was up and running quickly and we scheduled a maintanence appt for the fall. We are thrilled at the speed and quality if the service. Every person we spoke with from this company was a pleasure to deal with. Very nice and professional people on all levels. We will be using them for all of our heating and AC needs.

A/C went out during the hottest week of the summer. Called Tetteris Heating and A/C because my “Service Contract” couldn’t come out for 6 days! The owner answered and said he could have someone out before noon. His tech showed up and got the job done. No extra fluff and No 8 hour service window. Thanks again!

These guys communicated everything for me thoroughly and in simple terms, were patient with explaining my system to me, and were super friendly. Mike and his guys were there the next day when my system went down and by the end of that day I had a brand new system at a fraction of the price that the “big guys” were offering. I dealt with the incompetence of Tristate for years, and when I discovered Michael Tetteris 3 years ago, I have been more than impressed with his professionalism, personal care, honesty and integrity. I didn’t actually have a service done with them but the owner Michael was parked next to me when I locked my naked 5 month old daughter & I out of my car. He tried to get it unlocked for me & when he couldn’t he called a locksmith for me & stayed with me the whole time & let us sit in his warm truck so my daughter didn’t get cold. When they got it unlocked he payed for the service for me too which was unbelievably kind of him!!! I’m so thankful for his generosity & thoughtfulness today!!
