Our home experienced a backup issue with our master toilet, shower and our secondary toilet in our living room. As homeowners, we are very hands-on and typically fix things ourselves but even with our 50-ft consumer power snake we weren't able to shake the clog. I called Blackmon plumbing mid-day (about 12:30 pm) in hopes to being squeezed into the schedule but knew it was not likely but wanted to be hopeful. Laurie answered promptly and was very helpful and offered to consult the owner on options since their schedule was booked up for the day. They called back a bit later with a last minute cancellation

We met with the owner Shane who was was very professional and upfront. They delivered quality work at a fair price. Quality is important to us since it clearly wasn't to our builder Meritage Homes. We were on a time line for our project and Shane delivered! His crew and sub contracted tilers were all professional and respectful, which I was very thankful for. The folks at Blackmon have a customer first attitude. They do what they say and say what they do. Michael came by after the job was completed to double check that all is well. 5 plus stars are earned and their business deserves to be the first you call. The mark of a superior company is...what do they do if something goes wrong ? Well I'll tell you what they did after one of their installers slipped off the tiny attic platform and punched a hole with his leg poking through the drywall ceiling ! I was told this company was wonderful, that was not my experience. The owner was hard to reach but was a pleasant man. They installed a new hot water heater. I didn’t receive any normal papers about the hot water heater or something to mail about the warranty. I was told I had a clog downstairs and needed a new toilet. When the crew arrived the older gentleman told me I didn’t have a clog downstairs? It was upstairs although I had never had a problem with clogging even downstairs it was just occasional. I asked why I was paying for a toilet then, not brought with the hot water heater. He said

Wow!! I don't usually leave reviews, but what a great overall experience from Blackmon Plumbing! My faucet had a leak requiring replacement. They did such a great job installing my gorgeous new sink! I loved the customer service I got on the phone as well as in person. They arrived on time, and that's unusual for most other home services I schedule appointments for. So impressed with Juan Salinas and all his hard work today! I will definitely stick with this plumbing company for any plumbing problems. Thanks again!
