Worked in my sister attic and broke a pipe. That night my sister woke up with water pouring on her. She called them and they stated, "Why don't you call your insurance company and file a claim". Really? They were the only ones in the attic that day, knew they broke it, did not even try to fix it, left it knowing that it would soak the ceiling and surrounding area, and replied with that comment. The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CREW EVER!! WOULD NEVER SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO USE THEM! NO STAR SHOULD EVEN BE AWARDED!!!
