This was absolutely perfect service! The guy that came to our house was amicable and kind all the way through. They seemed to care about fixing our house and what he could do for us rather than how much money he could make for his company. It was super quick service and he actually told us our gas fireplace was emitting carbon monoxide, so we got saved from that danger! We definitely will be using this service for all of our electric and AC problems!

I had Airstream install a Tesla charger and overall the experience was good and my electrician was friendly and thorough. I had a quote from another company that was a little bit cheaper, but overall I chose to stick with Airstream because of their great customer service throughout the process of requesting a quote and their follow up after the quote. Another thing that I really liked was that they keep the charger in stock so that I did not have to order directly through Tesla prior to the service appointment.

My aging HVAC decided to start icing up so I called Airstream. They were incredibly communicative and upfront about their pricing ($75 for a service call). They even have an app that lets you track the technician's progress to your house! My tech was Dan Dulong who was incredibly professional. He explained every step he took and even cleaned a dead mouse out of the heating coils (after removing the blower) that had been there for who knows how long. Highly recommend this company.

I think we may have gotten a tech that didn't have as much experience as others in the company may have. We were initially told nothing was wrong with our AC unit and so we then requested a bi-yearly tune up, within a few minutes we were told something had changed, a part was broken and it would cost $1200 to replace it. We did end up using a different company, which we knew the owner personally, for our needs. We were told by the second company that our unit was fine and they proceeded to do a tune up and our AC unit was running very cool and has had no problems since

I had three different heating/ac technician come look at my AC unit and they weren't helpful. It wasn't cooling my townhouse and one technician added freon but it didn't keep my house cool. The other two looked to and both told me my unit was working fine and to call them if it doesn't, which it hasn't been. The technicians at Airstream was very helpful and detailed on what could be the problem(s) and gave me a diagnosis of what could cause my unit not cooling the house. I would definitely recommend using this company as they just don't go the easy route to fix something

I had a great experience with this company. My indoor blower wheel separated from the hub which caused a very loud noise inside the house. Airstream was recommended by my neighbors in our subdivision Facebook group. When I contacted them, the repairman whose name I believe was Andrew, came out within a couple hours and had to leave and locate the replacement part. He returned and installed the new part within an hour and my unit was back up and running. He was very professional and explained ever to me that needed to be done. I will be using them in the future and I would definitely recommend them

This company is outstanding. They fulfilled their job obligations and went above and beyond. Airstream offered many options, upon my request, of ways to remedy my broken HVAC unit. They had the best competitive deals after checking with several companies that offered similar products and installation. Excellent customer service. The Airstream technician (I hate that I forgot his name) came to the house on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I was told earlier by a Hiller employee that there could be a crack in the heating element of the gas furnace and that I couldn't use the heat. I was also told that I needed to replace the either the heating element or the entire furnace. I was terrified of turning on the heat due to fear of a carbon monoxide leak. The Airstream technician did an incredibly thorough job to make sure that everything was alright. I now have a comfortably heated home.

My wife called me to say that the heat was not working, I called Airstream Heating and Cooling and explained the situation and they came to the house with the hour! Prices were amazing compared to the other quotes I received over the phone just to show up and the work that was done did not break the bank!
