Our preferred finished basement framing material is metal. Steel framing components are available in a wide variety of dimensions and gauges and are well suited for the finished basement environment. Ryan recently finished our basement, we love our new living space! His attention to detail and dedication to quality are remarkable. Ryan was super collaborative, he always took the time to walk through options and shared his good ideas. His pricing is fair, he does not "nickle and dime" for changes in scope. He made things really easy, and worked hard to keep things clean and tidy. Right from the beginning we felt comfortable with Ryan, you can tell he is a honest, solid guy. Ryan did an outstanding job finishing our basement. He stayed on our basement full time from the start date until it was finished. I was impressed with the quality and care that he took on each element of construction. He presented a few alternatives to our original design and each one turned out to be fantastic. If you are looking for a top quality job at a reasonable price Ryan is your man.

Ryan did a wonderful job finishing our basement. The quality of his craftsmanship and attention to detail was top notch. Ryan kept me informed of his progress throughout the process and was a pleasure to deal with. He offered good advise when asked. He works very 'clean' and my basement was never messy like you see at many job sites. Ryan was upfront with the cost and there were no surprises at the end. Overall, a great experience with Ryan.

From start to finish, Ryan did an amazing job. I made changes throughout construction and he was always accommodating. When I had questions or concerns, Ryan took time to answer and explain, which made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Additionally, as a new homeowner, I had a few other house projects. These were all taken care of with the same professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend Novi Finished Basements for basement needs or other home projects.

Just got my finished basement!! Wow!! I was on a budget and asked Ryan what he could do. He throughly explained what needed to be done to get to a certain budget. He finished with no surprises. He finished few days earlier than scheduled. My wife didn't even know he was working on the basement. He never bothered us and cleaned up everyday after he finished. I received many quotes from other company's and met with many of them. Ryan is the best in the business. I will highly recommend him to anyone trying to get their basement done. Very honest and just a good guy. The finished product is spotless

We really enjoyed working with Ryan on our finished basement project. Throughout the process, we admittedly made quite a few changes to the original plan, but Ryan was very accommodating, which was great! We ended up with a basement that perfectly suits the needs of our family. The job was completed on time, and on budget. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were second to none.
