I had not done any research on them but they contacted me and made an appointment to come see a house of mine so they could prepare an estimate. The sales representatives engage in high pressure sales tactics to close the deal. The price offered during the time of sale is no good after the sales representative leave. Product pricing begins high and drops until the sale is made, making you feel like you are the winner. I contracted a new roof with the company, but I wasn't provided an installation date. This is the 2nd house we lived in that we replaced all the windows with Euro-tech, I can't possibly list all the things I love about these windows! We have worked with this company for many years trying to resolve issues that come up. This current window concern started in April 2018 and is still not resolved (12/7/18). The latest chapter in this saga is that a staff person was at my home for a repair and broke the glass of the window. The window has been taped together for months as we wait for a replacement. It is now December and cold outside and the tape is not sufficient to keep my house warm. I am anxiously waiting for a return phone call to find out when the window can be fixed and the cold kept at bay.

Euro Tech called me on a Thursday and had their rep George out to see my on Saturday. He had a great presentation with a lot of visual items to show how their windows differed from the competition. Euro Tech had great pricing and were able to get my windows done prior to another project coming up which helped with the install. I would recommend them, nice and easy to work with..

My first time posting a review on Yelp. Felt like home owner should beware of what they are getting themselves into.
We wanted to replace 7 window in our house. Euro-tech was the 4th company came by. At the beginning of the appointment, we told the guy that we are not looking to make the decision at the same day we just want a quote and do the research before we make the final decision. The sales person just won't leave. The price drop from the original 16.5K to 10.7K in the 5 HOURS that he was in our house. At the end both my husband and I got worn down

I'm changing my review. They call us non-stop after I've asked multiple times to be taken off the call list. They asked if I could give them a good review so we could lock in a price for some new doors. F*** you and your doors. This place is like Bath Planet. Like most people that reviewed Euro -tech so far, I was approached by a knock on my door, I figured that i would get a quote done on my entry door since it was getting kind of beat up and i haven't have the time recently to get around to changing it myself. I've already been looking at other stores for what style door I wanted and the price that i was willing to pay. I also knew a typical door like mine to install was around $700. The door I wanted to go with was about $200 at a local store.

I really wanted to have a good experience because I had done business with them in the past but NO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, we told the sales guy that we only had a limited amount of time because we had a wedding to go to. He continued to give us his spiel well into two hours. I was trying to be nice and I regret it. The price started off at 12,000 and eventually he tried to give us a deal at 8700 but it was only a one day deal. ???????? Where to start. We were solicited and expressed interest on a roof replacement. A salesman came out a week later and quoted a price I found agreeable ($12k). Like a fool, I wrote a check for a deposit.
Five days later I get a call from the office that the salesman will need to meet with me again. He comes out and states that the measured the wrong house and our roof is significantly larger. Soon after I got a call from the company and the guy says "how many windows do you have that need replacing?" I told him 3. He says "Can you make it 4?" I said no there's only 3 in that room. Seeing how they took time out of our day to promote their business to schedule a "no obligation consultation"the following day, called my husband 3 times after just spending 20 minutes with my husband trying to convince him on a consultation, and then no call no shows on us the following day when we scheduled to receive this "free consultation"... leaves me to believe their work is just as shady. The initial roofing estimate was ~$12,000, and 240% more than a competitor for the same product from the same manufacturer.

We had our roof and gutters replaced in February.. First of all they called and talked us into it as we were supposed to do it in the spring.. The scheduler told us her guys wanted to work so we said ok...What a huge mess.. After calling the company and talking to one of the owners the contractor came back out to look at the mess.. Granted it was snowy.. We were promised a return visit in the spring by the roofers and as of today they have not come back.. My husband and I have picked up most of the nails and small chunks of roofing material...i must say the company that did the gutters were fabulous
