What a disappointment! This company is very difficult to communicate and make plans with. We paid first half of the payment and then had to wait weeks before we could get them to come do the work. And the work was half done, and they refused to come back out to finish the spots they missed, and stated if we wanted more work done we had to pay a lot more. We had to get another roofer to come in and do the work.. what a waste of money. I do not recommend this contractor to anyone!

Champion Roofing was able to remove and replace our roof in one day. The workers worked very hard in doing this work, and did a great job. One of the reasons that we chose Champion Roofing was because they used Owens Corning shingles that were highly rated by Consumer Reports. The Company stood by their quote with no unusual added costs in the final invoice. We received 5 quotes, and Champion's was right in the middle, which was another selling point to choose them. Harry and his team is amazing! Harry was extremely helpful through the whole ordeal. He was able to be very aggressive in pricing, but still keep the quality and professionalism that he and his company is known for. I hired Campion Roofing for various properties on my schools campus and they were able to get in very reasonable bids plus a pleasure to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Champion roofing completed two projects for us during the past year. On both jugs, the workers were efficient and professional. Following a rainstorm in summer 2020, a tree crashed into our garage, damaging the roof and gutters. Based on a friend’s recommendation, I contacted Champion for a bid to repair the garage. Despite the fact that the storm had caused widespread roof damage in many neighborhoods, Champion was prompt in coming out to inspect the damage and then submit an estimate with a reasonable price. Due to the pandemic, we had to wait several months for the city to approve the building

Champion Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. They were professional and responsive. They did a great job and our roof looks great. They also did a great job of cleaning before they left which is always a concern with 2 dogs. We also have a lot of landscaping along the edge of our house which was all undamaged. I would highly recommend them.

We had a total roof repair done by Champion that was great. What I'm writing about is that I called about a possible leak in the roof--in November 2020--and heard back from a guy who didn't follow up and left the company. OK, things happen. I've since called 3 times to ask them to come out and inspect the roof and give us a quote on repairs. 3 months, nobody's called back. I gave up.

They put on a roof just seven years ago and this winter, I got over 20 gallons of water in my place from a leak from their roof. I now have to replace the entire roof and it's going to cost over $10,000. I expected to get at least 20 years out of the roof Champion put on.

Anyone looking for a roofing job should consider Champion Roofing. From getting an estimate and through completion, communication was clear, prompt and professional. My roof project was completed in a day and a half (originally estimated 2-3 days). Day one, the crew showed up at 7am and worked non-stop until 6pm. They cleaned up everywhere and anywhere they made a mess while ripping off old roof. They covered the entire perimeter with tarps and left my property in perfect condition. Day two they showed up again at 7am and worked again non-stop and wrapped up by noon. The roof looks awesome! We

We selected Champion, although more costly than others, because they indicated strong expertise and backing of their work. After a complete roof replacement several years ago we had a significant leak that they did not acknowledge until it finally caused considerable internal damage. They indicated they'd reimburse us for the full cost of the repair and then only paid 25%. We are very disappointed in their service and can not recommend them to others.

I would never ever use Champion Roofing. Despite our urgency and knowledge of this up front, we never got a quote when promised. Seemed to be more interested in cranking out site visits and proposals rather than trying to really help a homeowner in need. Seemed to not care one bit. We never even got the promised proposal. Terrible!

I really admire the beautiful work that Champion did in replacing the siding, gutters and trim outside of my porch addition. It looks beautiful and they worked quickly and neatly despite it being over 100 degrees the first day of the 2-day job. I will be sure to call them again for other repairs and restoration.

BTW, your reviews on this site are almost universally bad and they are not all that great on Angie's List either. As for BBB, believe it or not they DON'T have a reporting category for overall quality, see the attached picture. That explains your A rating, it's a rating for simply paying

We have used Champion Roofing three times including a complete tear off, and have always found their workers efficient and professional. All jobs were done on schedule and at a fair price. One of our skylights developed a leak two years after installation and they promptly replaced the flashing at no charge.

I am not sure why others are having different experiences. I think these guys are honest, forthright, service oriented and efficient. We had water spouting out from gutters which were newly installed last August. This was part of the scope of our roofing work. I reached out to Harry, sent him a video of the water. He responded right away, told me it appeared that the gutters were clogged, and sent people over the very next day. The leaves and debris were removed and everything is functioning perfectly. Efficient, effective, no issues. My idea of an ideal service provider.

Horrible experience! Ok so we bought a house on a short sale and the whole roof needed to be redone. We got a couple of estimates and Champion Roofing came the lowest. So we choose them.
The job was to redo the whole TPO roof and change all the skylights (12)
During the job they dropped some material on a car on the street and I had to take care of that bill! First problem!
They didn't want to use their insurance and it was becoming a huge problem with our neighbors. We decided to pay for the car repair and just be done with the problem. They offered to change 2 extra skylights for free..
