We recently acquired an A-Frame cabin on 10 acres property with no electricity, no water, and no road to get to it. I called around for a contractor to come talk to me about clearing woods and build a road and only Sten from C.D.I called me back. I met with Sten On the property, agreed on a fair price and the next thing I see is a cleared path with a nice crushed recycled cement road to our cabin so now we are ready to renovate.
