Stay away at all costs. Move on to someone else. Presents himself as a good Christian, but will not back up his work. Eventually, phone calls went unanswered and the problem persisted. Over 8 years later, I am still dealing with the issues he made worse on my roof. In retrospect, I should have sued him. Did I mention, stay away?

We just moved into our beautiful home built by Collier Construction. This is the second home Dennis has built for us. Dennis makes the home building experience very easy. He works with local businesses that are very accommodating. With weather and supply delays, and all the extras we asked for, Dennis got us into our new home in 5 months. Love our new home built by Collier Construction.

It started off bad and ended worse. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and just flat out should not be in a service business if you do not know how to work with people. If there was anything lower than 1 star, it would be selected.
We had a kitchen fire, and Dennis Collier was one of the contractors we called to do an estimate on repairs to give to the insurance company so we would get the funding for the repairs.
After I called Dennis, he said he would call me back to schedule a time to come give an estimate. A few hours later, he just shows up on my door wanting to come in and do the estimate

Dennis did an amazing project for a client of ours in central city at a really good price. I was surprised to see some of these reviews and writing someone a one star review for failing to provide an estimate? That is crazy and wrong. That person seems pretty wound tight and maybe Dennis got the vibe that it wasn't a good project to take. I would recommend using Dennis and plan to continue to use him on projects in the future.
