Attention this business is NOT a Better Business Bureau member. They have falsely placed this on their website. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service (they set a day for them to install new zone board and never showed and never called. I ended up calling them only to be told they would find out when the person would be there and call me back. I was never called back. I called back again over an hour later and I was told they were not coming that day and would have to reschedule. This was after I sat at home all day waiting for them, and lost a days pay.)
