From the sales to the install it was a very smooth and quick endeavor. The product is excellent and the service was great. From the time the salesman came out till I had a new Heating and Air conditioner along with New Ducts and wrapping of the ducts was about a week. The installers, Thomas and David, were very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company.

The technician they sent was very professional and diagnosed the system, but the customer service in charge of making the appointments was not clear and specific in communicating the costs for the diagnosis when I asked her how much the cost would be just for the diagnosis she said $ 75 and the Technician charged us $ 148 which leaves the company as irresponsible in the way of dealing with potential clients, remember that the best advertise is word of mouth , by the way the heating trough the furnace was the one need to be fixed not the heat pump which was repaired four months ago and was working

Edited 11/16/2021: After being able to finally speak with the owner we were able to get things resolved.
I originally gave the company 5 stars but since my new (2 year old) system has messed up 3 times in the past 3 months. When Dickerson hearing and air came out they charged me $150 to tilt a pipe, and then still didn’t actually fix the problem. It’s ridiculous that I have to fix the problem myself when I payed $5,000 for the system and then bay for the 6 month checkups.

My upstairs AC wasn’t cooling as well as expected so I called Dickerson Heating & Air. They were quick to respond and came out the next day. Jacob was very kind and explained everything. He cleaned the unit to improve its performance. I was happy with them so I signed up for their service contract as well.

Alex spent a considerable amount of time checking, servicing and repairing three HVAC systems at my home. He graciously allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted, and he knew the answers. He did all of the normal things with a level of care that quickly earned my respect and trust. It was a hot day, but I watched him do more than a few little things that he could have easily ignored. Overall a truly professional, well trained, and competent young man.

The technician, Jacob called ahead, was on time and very professional. He was knowledgeable and communicated the issues and very clearly. I recommend this company. One other thing for Dickerson management, it was 96 degrees outside and there were no complaints or short cuts because of the heat. You should consider having the techs wear short pants, Carhart makes uniform style that would be much cooler. 😎
