A Preventative Maintenance Agreement is contract for routine maintenance on your HVAC system. The goal of the contract is to prevent surprise repairs. Our contracts usually cover a 12-month period and include 2 visits, plus discounts on repairs and one $0 service call per year. In order to protect our technicians and customers, we have changed the way we do appointments.
Our technicians will wear gloves and asbestos grade masks to every appointment. We will offer contactless payment options for your convenience and safety. At a rental house, after using a less reliable company (that could not find a refrigerant leak in a heat pump system, said it must be behind a wall and would cost more than $1500.00 to repair) a friend recommended Air Touch. They came out the next day, found the problem in a few minutes, then cleaned and tuned up the system.
I've used and recommended Air Touch more than a dozen times at my house and rentals and every time they have gone above and beyond. They are honest and professional and if I called on a Friday and they said they couldn't get to me until Monday, which probably would never happen

1) Repair diagnosis was incorrect. He took/broke the seal off then said that was the leak. 2) I've been waiting on hvac replacement estimate for a month now. 3) Probably due to timeframe and they can't remember info for original estimate, Sadrach said they'll be back out yesterday (Friday), and NO ONE SHOWED NOR CALLED. This is very disappointing. I've reached out to another hvac company whom has been more responsive and keeping their word regarding follow ups.

I contacted Air Touch because of their furnace tune up special for the fall and was very pleased with the service. They not only checked my system, but the technician also explained to me issues I may have in the future. They didn't try to up sell me or pressure me into spending more money. I will definitely use them again when I need my A/C serviced to prepare for summer.

Hands down the best HVAC people in Atlanta! They have done new installations and maintenance for me over the last year and are very responsive and service oriented. Any call I have made is returned promptly and they show up when they say they will. No games and they deliver what they promise. You will not find a better company to handle you heating and air needs.
