With more than 50 years of combined experience between father and son, there is no such HVAC problem that we can not resolve! Replacement is the last option that we keep reserved. We want your money to work for you as long as possible. Honesty, respect and professionalism is what kept us going for all these years.
Our service fee is only $65. What's included: full system inspection, identification of the problem and 1 pleated air filter replacement. Prior to choosing your new air conditioning and heating system lets find out how to properly size your new equipment. It's very simple: 1 ton capacity will serve 500 sq feet of living space in single level house.

Our AC had an emergency pipe leaking from high up on our balcony. We had a different technician come out twice to try to fix it, but it still kept on leaking. We had Eric come out on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at it and he was able to fix the leak! He was punctual, honest, and friendly. I would definitely recommend his service.

I hired Pacific Comfort HVAC second times and wasn't disappointed again. There was a leakage caused by AC in my Rental property. What I liked, the service was performed fast and professionally. Thank you so much to Eric and his assistant for the prompt service! I arranged our appointment yesterday, and they were here today to service our air conditioning unit. Eric was thorough in explaining and showing me the issue, but also fixing what they could to get the unit cool again today. I would definitely recommend their service if you have HVAC issues! This is a summary of my experience with them. I was thinking to replace my AC. I requested a quote through yelp from these guys. They gave me a number. then I asked them to see the job and give an official quote. they sent me a quote with about 50% higher price and without any details about the brands/model,...
again I asked them for more details. but on the next day, I received a text that they started the job. I called them immediately to stop their work and I was lucky that I arrived there before their technicians left. Since they disconnected everything and they wanted

They are thorough professionals, patient, explain everything in detail and answer all your questions.
My a/c needed a different part and additionally further tweaks were needed. Eric and his team member handled it so well! Excellent customer service. I have delt with other hvac folks in the past and they were all a disaster.
I'm so glad I found the right hvac company to go now (although I hope I don't have to for a while :))

They showed up quickly and went to work doing the annual assessment of our system. Didn't waste my time with 'up selling' or bull***t which was exactly what I prefer. Our AC system is 18 years old and they recommended running it til it dies as it's working as well as it can be. Will definitely be calling them for a quote for a replacement package in the next year or so.

I've used Pacific Comfort twice now and both times have been outstanding in communications, timeliness, quality of the work, and price. I could not be happier with the level of service and would highly recommend them. When they were onsite, they were respectful of their surroundings and were safe with their COVID protocols. Let me begin by saying that my wife and I are impressed and pleased with the work done by Pacific Comfort HVAC. They came and installed a new A/C condenser as well as moving the existing heater up into the attic. In addition, they revamped our ducting work to create better air flow in the house than we've ever had before. This was all done during the hottest days but their professionalism and positive attitude were a welcome extra. We also appreciated that everyone wore a mask throughout and practiced social distancing.

Our AC failed us on Tuesday, with our home warranty providing an earliest service appointment of Thursday. With a baby and an 80yo mother staying with us, that was unacceptable.
Within minutes of requesting various quotes on Yelp for AC repairmen, Eric of Pacific Comfort was the first to reach out. He called to confirm our availability and was at our house WITHIN THE HOUR! Eric diagnosed the problem, and knew what part would need to be ordered. He was super helpful (and honorable) in offering to give me the info so the home warranty repairman could avoid delays, but I was able to get him approved
