Perkins Roofing Company, Inc. is proud to be celebrating it's 50th year serving Southeast Texas. We are a third generation Company serving primarily the commercial and industrial markets in roofing and architectural sheet metal. In the 1940's Joe Perkins started in the roofing business through Beaumont Building Materials.
If you need to have your roof cleaned of debris or gutters cleaned we can take care of you! Let us know if you would like for us to inspect your roof and we can provide either a repair estimate or a total replacement proposal. If you need to secure a Windstorm Certificate for your property, we can arrange an inspection with a State accredited engineer.
We were priviledged to work with Giglio Distributing when they decided it was time to put a new cover over their offices and warehouse. We determined that it was a good candidate for a recover, and a mechanically attached 60 mil TPO was chosen for the new system. We added a 1 Iso board insulation to provide additional thermal value to the roof assembly.
