Had a great experience with them, they got back to me really quickly for an inspection and recommendation. The field rep for my area was Jonathan, he was very helpful and walked me through the quote for a roof replacement so I understood everything they were going to do. They were able to come out shortly after giving me a bid and finished the roof in one day, it looks great! Would definitely recommend!

Supervisor and crew were very professional and completed the job on time. Cleaned up everything nicely.
Followed up after the job to make sure everything was working properly, unfortunately we had an issue with the air conditioning. The Supervisor sent a crew member back to assist the air conditioning repairs taking place along the new roof line.
I would definitely recommend their services.

I had attempted to schedule a quote after Hurricane Harvey for a roof check and received no call back or response. I decided to give some grace and wrote that off to the fact that all local roofers were overwhelmed and that maybe my number got misplaced and went with someone else.
Fast forward to this week….I called to get a quote about some repairs needed on a roof. I received a call back pretty quickly and a gentleman advised me that he would be at my house today at 10 AM. I rearranged my schedule to meet at that time. It’s now almost 4 PM and I have no calls/texts/emails to explain not

Could not give me an itemized quote which the insurance requested. I don’t know why especially when he says he deals with them all the time. Makes you wonder. Would not answer phone. Called from a different number and he answered and then had excuses. Not professional at all.

Edit: I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication with the scheduling department or if I was doing something wrong on my end, but a team was sent scheduled on Wednesday to come out Friday and they had the job done by lunch. Outstanding!
If I can offer any constructive feedback, it would be to just let the potential client know a window for when the work could be done. I don't mind waiting 3 weeks as long as I know that's as long as I'll have to wait.
The crew who did the work was incredibly fast and thorough. The supervisors have followed up well, so all in all I'd give the unfortunate communication

Mo May 20th of 2021 Randy with Roofing 911 came out to repair an leak in my kitchen from rain. It was determined by him that the current roof was good. Twelve years of wear on a thirty years roof. It was decided that basic maintenance for $250.00 is all we needed. The next time it rained hard the roof leaked in the same spot. This time Randy decided that roof that was good a few weeks ago was now bad and needed replacement. Windstorm reports show the roof is from 2005 which makes it 16 years old and not 12. Why take my $250.00 for maintenance if he felt the roof needed to be replaced?

Hired them to put a tarp on my roof. They nailed some small sheets haphazardly. None of which were in the right spots. I was able to get an additional one put on but still wasn’t in the right spot. Spot hunting wouldn’t be much of a problem if they just used an actual decent sized tarp. The guy argued and was belligerent about everything. None of the tarps were effective in stopping the leaks for hurricane delta.
