We live in the woods and have 4 small flower/plant beds plus a small grass strip to be maintained. I have known Oscar for a few years and was happy when he started his own company. He works hard and tries to mentor his workers too. He is always looking for ways to help me maintain our area but also understands our budget too. I am picky so he makes sure that it all gets looking really good.

He sold his service as first class customer service, he did this while working full time at another landscaping company. He bad mouthed their service, when i signed up with his "new company" as he went on his own, the second month he called me ignorant just because i checked in the day he is supposed to be doing the service and he is not. Complete lack of service and rudeness, and tried to bill for the month he didn't perform service.
