Russ (owner) was great to get me into their schedule and very accommodating when I had to postpone and reschedule. Ian Skow was the professional that came to the house to do the work, and he was awesome! There were 2 out of 3 rooms that also needed the carpet tightened and he did it no problem. I didn't even know they offered that service! I will definitely be keeping their number handy. Overall, VERY satisfied and recommend this company!

I will definitely use ColorPro Carpetology for future carpet needs. They provide great customer service! The owner, Russ, was friendly and helpful when I called with questions regarding wet carpet due to a water leak and was able to fit me in their schedule quickly. Ian and Caleb were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when they arrived to handle the carpet restoration. Ian did a great job explaining the steps he was going to do to restore the carpet and even took rust stains out left by furniture legs that had gotten wet. Price was very reasonable. Thanks guys!

CALLED TO REQUEST SERVICES FOR A WEIRD SCENARIO, HAD A MOTOR HOME WITH CARPET ON THE CEILING. FIRST CONVO RUSS WAS QUICK TO SAY LET THEM COME TAKE A LOOK AT IT THE FOLLOWING DAY, I WAS OFF. WHEN I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP 2 DAYS LATER BECAUSE HE NEVER SHOWED FOR THE INITIAL LOOK, HE SIMPLY DIDN'T THINK THERE WAS ANY THING THEY COULD DO FOR US BUT DIDN'T GIVE A CALL OR A HEAD'S UP. WHEN I ASKED WHY HE WASN'T AT LEAST GOING TO LOOK AT IT, HE STATED THEY WERE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TYLER AND THAT BECAUSE THE ESTIMATES ARE FREE AND HE DIDN'T FEEL THERE WAS ANYTHING THEY COULD DO FOR US, HE SIMPLY WOULDN'T

ColorPro is a gem from the first conversation with Russ to the magic they worked on my carpet. Having my carpets cleaned before the holidays is a yearly event. I think this might be my fourth year of working with color pro. I was glad to see Ian again. When he greets me I can tell he remembers me and I remember him fondly. Getting right to work Ian went beyond my expectations. In one of the bedrooms an iron fell (thank you cats) and burned the carpet in about a four inch circle. I was just getting ready to buy a rug to cover it. To my total surprise Ian had shaved it and now I don’t even see
