Being new to the area, as of November, and purchasing a pre-owned home, the carpets were in dire need of cleaning...Not knowing anyone I could count on for recommendations, I tried one company and only let him work on 2 rooms, small bath & a hallway. He was here for over four hours. He not only left the existing stains in the carpet but added new stains that weren't there before, & my carpet was still wet 3 days later. To make a long story short, he claimed that was the bestit would get because of the condition. I wasn't convinced of that because of having owned previous pre-owned homes

This review is on integrity. My little baby won a cutest baby prize($100) from their company. Even though I don't live in the Tyler area to redeem the winnings they offered,without me having to ask , a gift certificate to Toys R Us . They didn't have to do that but of their own accord their integrity speaks volumes. If you value integrity in a small business use these folks.

The carpet cleaners were nice enough to wait an hour for me because I brought the wrong key with me to the house I was having them clean. They did a great job and I use the professionally at my workplace as well. Their prices are awesome as well. All other places quoted me almost double what Andrew's did, for less services rendered.
