If you're looking for honest people look no further. Took my pellet insert door in for a new gasket and after they took a look was told that it was fine and to save my money, Also needed a cap for the insert vent pipe as the original on was a real rinky-dink job and they sent me to Umpqua Sheet Metal to get the old one modified.They didn't make money from my visit but they earned an excellent rating as well as a future customer.

I don't even want to give this company 1 star. I entered the store and was greeted by a salesman. I then asked him if they sold 8" Duravent stove pipe and he said yes. I then told him it was for a "The Earth" model wood stove and he twisted around and said "Oh jeez" loudly. I thought maybe he had done something in his pants and asked him what was wrong. He then replied that I would need an adapter and he didn't know if they had one. I replied that I asked about stove pipe and not an adapter. He then threw his arms up in the air and stormed off like a hurt spoiled child to the back of the store

Great experience here! I’ve talked to them maybe a dozen times about different things related to my old wood stove. They’ve been super helpful every time and went out of their way, off hours, extraordinarily to find an answer to my question. Even when I tried to give them some work, they encouraged me to save some money and do it on my own. Haven’t bought any big ticket items from them but a few smaller things.

We bought our stove here in 2012, and we've been pretty happy with it.
There have been a few issues I've ran into like the bricks on the inside wall breaking so easily, but overall, we have always been treated fairly and respectfully.
These folks have always reached our expectations as far as customer service & getting exactly what we need for our stove.
If they think you can do just as well or better with a less expensive item, they'll let you know without hesitation.
That's what I like and that's all I ask from a company, and if I can't find that, I'll go somewhere else.

Great service except they charged me $100 for the delivery of my stove and so did their delivery company. When I asked their delivery boys about it they said I’d have to deal with it because they’re “the only game in town.” Just make sure EVERYTHING is on the receipt. The stove was the one I wanted and at a good price but I ultimately paid as much as if I would have gone to Coastal. Sorry guys this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

These are the guys to go to in Douglas County for wood stoves and all things related. I was pretty much a novice and was lucky to get a used top of the line pellet insert for my fireplace. I am now a happy home camper.
My first year here was a bit sketchy with my cold house with forced air heat and other heating appliances trying to keep me warm. Along with that was the high electric bills.
After contacting, Jim at Fisher Stove, he set me up with a great pellet stove, installed it, and most importantly, taught me how to properly use it.
These guys have great patience too, as I had many questions
