Addcox Heating Center has been owned and operated by the Bastian family since 1987. David and Deanna Bastian purchased the business from Jim and Evelyn Addcox as they retired from their successful electrical business. David and Deanna's son David Jr. came on board in 1988 and now runs the family business.
We recently had our Furnace and Air conditioning unit replaced. We chose Addcox, not as the cheapest or as a referral, but based on the number of positive reviews we. I called to have my system serviced it was not an emergency I called in the afternoon and was able to have an appointment the next morning.
Brad showed up on time and provided excellent service, we are new to our home and have never had a heat pump Brad answered all my questions and completed all needed work promptly. The price was fair and I would recommend Addcox to my friends and family.

I was very upset with their company. I talked to a few people , but no one was helpful. However, the manager called me and worked with me. We came to the agreement. I believe any good company will take whatever it takes to satisfy their clients. They did good job on that and I couldn’t leave any negative review because they fixed the problem right away. I’m glad they’re very fair company.

How does Addcox Heating find all the great workers in this area? Jon initially came out and is super knowledgeable and personable. We had a ductless system installed and met several of the other fine workers Addcox employs. Jesse, Dustin, Jordan & Justin were all a part of the process. Jon did the initial check on our system and he went out of his way to call my landlord and explain that the system needed replaced and got permission to schedule an estimate. Overall he was fantastic and installed a portable air conditioner until one can be put in. Jon was professional and went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of. Thank you Jon!

I was sincerely impressed with the qualify of work and professionalism of the crew that installed our new AC unit. I can't remember their names but both techs were kind, polite, friendly and very professional. They were punctual and cleaned up everything when they were done. This is the best service I have had in 20 years! Tom was fantastic and extremely thorough. I just moved here to Roseburg and I was a little confused with the system I had in my house Tom was able to explain everything to me and how to run the system, he also cleaned out my air conditioning vent and took the extra time to clean it out because a critter had left it’s belongings in there!! I really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge! Their prices were fair and worth every penny!! Thank you much Tom!!

When Saving Grace Pet Adoption Center's air conditioning stopped working in one of our dog halls on a 100 degree plus day Addcox was able to squeeze us in for an appointment to make sure our dogs stayed cool and safe! We have lived in our house about 4 years and I decided we should have someone come check out our heat pump and make sure everything was running good. Addcox sent out a guy in about a week. He was nice and told us everything was fine and we shouldn't have any issues. They charged us $130 for him to do this. He then advised us to get some different filters and said they would work better. I decided a couple months later to get the new filters but since the weather had been good we didn't use the AC. After living in our house for the last 30 years we've dealt with a few Roseburg heating companies that were less than professional while looking to overbill with creativity. When our gas furnace, hidden away in the attic went out, I called a different company , Addcox! That was a great call.

I guess the best way to describe the work done by Addcox Heating...it's like having a heating, cooling, and ventilation person in the family.
I know that Addcox will find THE solution to my problem, at the most affordable price offering the highest quality.
I'm sure everyone at Addcox is top-notch, but I have preferred working with Chris, so I tend to ask for him when I need service.

Any business can give good customer service when things go right. That's a no brainer. It's the ones who will work with you if things go wrong that deserve mention. We first dealt with Addcox when they came out to try fixing our oil heater. The company that made the heater had been bought out so parts are no longer available. Naturally it stopped a few days after we had the tank filled but that's another story. We decided it was time to take the plunge and have a ductless heat pump installed. We got bids from a couple of other companies including Addcox. Their bid was competitive

Called to ask for someone to help with our ac. While everyone was polite no one mentioned a $90 diagnostic fee until after the technician had spent less than 20 minutes looking over the ac. While I understand that his time is worth being paid I did not appreciate the lack of transparency in the charges from the company. What other fees would they surprise me with if I was to continue their services?

Had a ductless HVAC system installed this week. Everyone was so professional and courteous. We met Aaron at the Douglas Co home show and within one week he had been out to give us a free estimate. Now, two weeks to the day from the home show, our system is fully installed and passed the county inspection today. Highly recommend the Addcox team for your HVAC needs.

First of all, this company told me the truth and didn't try play any games with me. They told me all my options and let me me make the decision without being pushy. I did a lot of research and I ended up going with a Trane unit which I found to be the best for overall reliability and best reviews. The staff at Addcox is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company especially if you don't know much about HVAC units.
