Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
When I worked there they were very hard times, when I worked for this company they did not pay me the hours, they yelled in people's faces and the worst work experience was in landscaping working with the irrigation manager (Adam) treating people as they want and makes the excuse that he did not take his pills, how ridiculous.

They were supposed to finish out an irrigation system that was installed mistakenly when the house was under construction. After quoting me a price, I was sent a contract with a higher price. I signed it and sent it back and waited a few weeks for a crew to come out. The crew was very nice, spent an hour working, then told me they couldn't complete the job and would need to reschedule. The replaced the dug up sod as well as possible. Since then, I have called and left multiple voicemails and texts, and I have not been contacted back in over a month. I'm debating on taking them to court for breach

This company is employed by my HOA and have been the landscaping company for as long as I’ve been here. At least once a month my car that I take pride in keeping clean gets shot with dirt, gravel, rocks and grass from when the edging is done. There is absolutely no care for personal property. I have even confronted the manager/owner once and all he did was give me attitude. Terrible people, no care for your personal property. Avoid

Have a business on Bees Ferry Rd. and have watched this company take care of the right-of-way for a while now. I can't say enough about what a great job they are doing week after week. Nobody is standing around, they're all busy making things look great! Used to feel that this side of town was getting short changed as far as maintenance and appearance goes but Pleasant Places has changed all of that. Keep it up!

I was introduced to the company by a Board Member of a community I manage. Being impressed with their professionalism, I was comfortable recommending them to a few other Boards that were looking for landscaper options. They've impressed the Boards as well, and I now work with them at 5 communities. Great company!

The worst experience in any home contractor I have ever dealt with. They are rude, liars and completely incompetent. They do not care about your property. They were contracted through our property manager to maintain our property including trimming, weeding, mulching etc., as well as to transplant an area of our garden that was having some work done. They were instructed to carefully dig up the plantings and set them aside in the soil while the work was done and then return and replant them two days later. They carelessly yanked the plants out and left them exposed to die in the hot sun and then

I would give them negative stars if I could. They had a contract with our townhouse neighborhood. Not only did they do a terrible job "landscaping", they routinely destroyed property and left our porches, doors and cars filthy, with not accountability. When confronted with the problems reported by multiple owners, they quit! I was promised a gift card to replace the property of mine they destroyed (that they never came back to clean up and were beyond rude in email exchanges) but that has been 2 weeks and they are now ignoring my emails. I would absolutely under NO circumstances ever

I honestly cannot say enough bad things about this company. They were doing some work at my place of employment and damaged my car. I saw this incident happen from my work window. I was on the phone with a patient and unable to run out to talk to them right away. After I was able to get to my vehicle to see if there was damage from the tree trimmings landing on the hood on my car, I contacted the building owner to get the landscaping company contact information. The manager came out quickly to check out the situation and told me he would check with his employees. After weeks of me calling and emailing
