Update 1-18-22: After submitting for the permit myself and hiring out contractors for the work, turns out nothing Figma did was correct. Wrong brick and size ordered, wrong size blocks ordered, footers were dug too shallow and narrow, incorrect rebar was laid, and rebar not properly installed or attached to existing structure. I'm so disgusted with Figma and the lack of professionalism or knowledge of our project that they took on. Don't hire this company, take your money and RUN!

I set up and confirmed an appointment with Anthony.
He was supposed to come look at a condo my husband and I are buying to give us a bid on kitchen and bathroom remodel.
We had to alter our schedules to meet him. And, our realtor had to block time to open the condo up for us.
We are still in the closing process.
Anthony never showed up! I texted him and called him.
He never called back or even texted!
He wasted all of our time!

I wish I could share that I had the same positive experience that many reviews on this site are showing but my experience was the exact opposite. The job was a total nightmare. The job was the construction of 2 low decks and a walkway. There was no attention to detail. To name a few things: the wood was not the quality that we paid for. I never saw a chalk line when screwing down the boards so that the screw line would be straight. Two different color screws were used. Multiple times the work had to be done a second time...stairs and gutter work. I can not recommend this company.

Tony is responsive and great to work with. He rebuilt my old deck. His quote was reasonable, not the cheapest or most expensive. I requested some changes through the process and his team was quick to accommodate. He used very high quality lumber and still kept the price in check. The finished product looks great. I recommend Tony and the Figma team!

Quality work, under budget and fast.
I had several areas of siding, fascia, corner trim, stairs and door framing rot. Figma did a through job inspecting the job and discussing the scope of work. We even discussed potential areas of risk beforehand.
Figma has a professional, qualified and honest team. Mike and Kevin, carpenters, did quality work and an excellent job communicating when additional rot was found after the siding was removed. Photographed the area, discussed repair approach and got my authorization before beginning work. Allison, project manager, made repeated inspections throughout

Figma went above and beyond for us. We asked Tony to replace a portion of siding on our home, which he and his team accomplished on time and on budget. While on-site, Tony found another issue and was able to repair it that same day at a very reasonable price. Tony is highly knowledgeable, very responsive to customer questions and we will contact him again should the need arise.

FIGMA Investments does quality work! We had some pretty unhappy wood shingles that needed an update as much as the house needed the resealing under them. Tony and his lovely crews removed, resealed & secured new cement shingles for longer life & painted them a perfect shade. Any areas of concern his crew brought to our attention and fixed (fixed some and just let us know)- it was awesome.

We had a great experience working with Figma Construction from the quote process all the way to the end. We had another contractor skip out on us leaving the plywood exposed on one side of our house. Tony came out quoted and a week later they were on the job. The job was complete on time, within budget and I could not be happier with the results. Thank you Figma Construction for getting us out of a bind and making our house look great. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on there house. They will take care of you every step of the way.

Figma Construction has done several contractor jobs for me and I would highly recommend them. We had 26 windows replaced, painting projects, and a screened in porch. They have always come in under other company's estimates. Tony the owner is very personable and has gone the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. We'll be ripping out our kitchen next and I will for sure be calling them to do the job.
