Today IQ employs over 80 people working everyday on projects that vary tremendously, but generally can be described as either conventional concrete services, civil concrete services, or concrete repair and restoration.We still work for most of the same clients we started with in 2004, we still will do the small jobs that need to get done, and we still do quality work on time and within budget.
For 2020, IQ Contracting elected to make a contribution to two very worthy and important charities in lieu of provi. IQ Contracting, as part of a team lead by Shelco Construction for a Warp Speed Project located in North Durham, mad. Greg brings a long record of successful concrete contracting experience with specific strengths in safety and opera.

IQ Contracting, LLC is a North Carolina licensed general contractor that provides a highly trained workforce for the client that requires an organized, technically competent contracting company. IQ has contracted general contracting projects with values ranging from less than $50,000 to more than $6,000,000.

IQ Contracting seeks laborers, carpenters, operators, and concrete finishers for concrete construction projects.
IQ University (internally named IQU) is an in house training program led by IQ president, Roberto Nunez. All employees are encouraged to participate in training. In house training is a large part of career advancement at IQ. Employees can learn in English or Spanish so that everyone at IQ is given an opportunity to realize their full potential.
