Called to report one of their drivers swerving across lanes and the one who answered the phone says it's after hours and he's not going to bother the manager or owner about this. This driver almost hit me twice while driving on the 395 through WASHOE valley having me slam on my brakes and almost hitting the wall.

I had a problem with my HVAC return making a whistling sound. I had a competitor come over and they reduced the sound but did not eliminate it. I called Custom Aire and their service person eliminated it completely in 15 minutes. I could not be more pleased.
1 Star off as I got my bill and besides the one hour labor charge there is a $50.00 "truck charge" which I haven't had for other HVAC service providers.

SUMMER IS COMING..BEST SERVICE..PRIDE IN THEIR WORK
A/C unit on roof of condo community. I speak to my neighbors and tell how impressed I was by your response and professionalism AS SOON AS you were called. 1st response team, headed by TJ, diagnosed problem quickly: not easy fix, no surprise to client. I appreciate a team effort when a problem is not easy fix. TJ, TODD,ERNIE and BRANDON caused our A/C to come on for the first time since last August. Well-groomed, professional technicians took pride in their work and respected my home.
We slept good last night, knowing Summer is Coming.
