We decided to visit Keywize Pools after reading the reviews. Our 12 yr old plaster pool needed to be re-surfaced. After listening to David explain the entire process, we decided to hire them to refinish with pebble sheen. David kept me informed on the progress and timeline. The finished product is our pool is beautiful and better than new.

I work closely with Keywize and Ryan to install decking for their customers and the whole team couldn't be easier to work with. I have seen many interactions between team members and customers. They are professional, courteous and always willing to make the customer happy. Having a professional relationship, I can't say enough good things about them. This company is the BEST! Jeremie was extremely responsive, professional and through. We had our pool resurfaced with pebbletech. Though the project got delayed due to material supply problems (industry wide problem), Jeremie kept me updated.
I am very pleased with the workmanship and outcome. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Run from these guys, I made the mistake of going with them for a large pool and I'm $100K+ disappointed with the product. They do not have the experience to build pools that are sized correctly matching equipment so that everything works as expected. Example, my pool equipment isn't strong enough to clean the pool (in speaking with Pentair I should have 2 pumps not 1), the jets in my hot tub do not bubble the water they are too weak. You won't know this until they have already been paid leaving you with a poorly engineered expensive pool. I asked for travertine pavers, they showed

I used this Company to build my pool. Ryan took great care of us our pool turned out beautiful and Ryan made it affordable for us. I did have three other bids for building my pool and his price was by far way more affordable. His crew are the same people all the time and I was informed continuously what was next. Hired them during peak demand and they still finished in about 10 weeks. Price quoted was the total price paid, and the contractors they use do good work. Probably would've never considered this company due to lack of reviews, but my sister had recommended them and I'm glad I went with them.

I met Jeremie at a home show at the Cardinals stadium and he immediately made me feel confident he could address all of my pool remodel concerns.
I stopped at his showroom where I was able to choose the exact pool tile and travertine I wanted for my remodel.
And the best part, Jeremie explained the steps involved in the remodel project.. he set my expectations and it went extremely smooth and just as he explained.
His team is exceptional. The attention to detail and the pure artful planning and process of installing my travertine transformed my backyard

We found these guys at one of the home shows and scheduled a meeting within the next couple of days. Jeremie came out, walked us through the process, answered all of our questions and more, and gave us a very detailed and itemized bid. No other contractor came close to their transparency in pricing. They were also very QUICK to give us a detailed drawing, 3D rendering and respond to all of our questions.
Because our entire house needs updating, we decided to move forward with other projects before putting in a pool. We didn't realize we wanted a larger project than we initially budgeted
