Similar to Caneland and Bin 77, this popular restaurant in Baton Rouge enlisted our services to enhance the exterior of their restaurant and extend their dining area by building a covered patio. Caneland Distilling (now Three Roll Estates) is a distillery, tasting room, and outdoor entertainment space located in downtown Baton Rouge.
This client had a gorgeous, expansive backyard and hired Pinnacle to build them a space, tucked away from the house, where they could relax, eat, watch TV, and sit by the fire during the cooler Louisiana nights. This home had a more contemporary look, and the owners wanted to bring that aesthetic into their outdoor space as well.
Pinnacle built this pool as part of a new construction home build. The house was white brick, and the client wanted a seamless look that flowed from the back patio to the pool deck. The house was white brick, and the client requested a "contemporary courtyard" vibe due to the design of the house + outdoor space.
Pinnacle Pool & Spa, a division of Pinnacle Exterior Construction, is now offering pool maintenance, cleaning, and repair services in Southeast Louisiana. Regular pool maintenance is critical for both cosmetic and health reasons. Sensitive equipment is jeopardized when your pool isn't properly cared for, which can result in costly repairs.

Exceeded all expectations.
I had them replace my fence, driveway gate, and side gate after Hurricane Ida. They fit me in sooner than expected, did the work faster than expected, and it wouldn’t be fair to call their work just fence replacement. What they did was a huge upgrade to what we had previously!
They also problem solved a number of unique issues with my fence and gates, and the end result was better than what we were thinking and it was all done within our budget.
I cannot recommend them more.

You would expect that building a pool and fence during a pandemic is difficult, but pinnacle made the process smooth as possible. Everyone I spoke to during the process was so nice and helpful, especially Michael and Ray. We did catch weather delays and some material delays due to covid shortage, but they were able to mitigate the issues to keep the project moving and kept us informed on everything. Overall the job site was kept relatively tidy which is impressive when building a pool. We love our pool and fence from pinnacle. Will definitely use them for other projects in the future.

Very pleased! Recently had a beautiful pool installed by Pinnacle and received excellent service. They kept things clean and organized during the whole process. Easy to work with and available for all of our questions and concerns. The team members were all very kind and respectful. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Pinnacle to anyone considering a pool.

They were professional, quick, and did a nice job on a privacy fence with a metal gate.
I did not want the side by the house completed as I had a tree there at the time. I just had the tree cut down and stump ground.
I will let them quote me out a concrete job, finish the fence closer to my carport, and put up an iron fence. Their pricing was good and I like the 2x12 capping over the fence to protect it from tree branches that fall from my neighbors oak tree. I am very happy with their work.

My wife and I purchased a new house by a lake and needed a fence put up to HOA spec fast to keep my 4 kids safely away from the water. After explaining this to Pinnacle they made adjustments and showed up the day we moved in. The fence was put up in a single day and they left the property spotless. These guys at Pinnacle are evidence to me that you get what you pay for. Excellent job!

Pinnacle designed and constructed our pool and spa. The design turned out more beautiful than we could have anticipated.
Pinnacle's workmanship was exceptional and a their team was very reliable. They are a trustworthy company and stand behind their work! You never know what type of situation you are getting into when doing a large construction project but we were very pleased!

I got an estimate for the work I wanted super quick. They told me 2 weeks for appointment times. 8 weeks later I was still fighting for them to schedule an appointment. I had already paid my deposit. Communication with them was very difficult and the ONLY person there who would answer me was Dawn (Pinnacle is lucky to have an employee like her) unfortunately all she could do was relay messages. I give them a 0 in scheduling and communication. I threatened to cancel multiple times but I had already been to 2 other contractors before Pinnacle who never showed up for the work. Honestly I had NO LEVERAGE

Was initially told the job would be done in 2 weeks. It took a month for them to get out the first time. The fence was built incorrectly by having a large gap at the bottom of a 5 foot fence. Instead of cutting the 6' pickets to the correct length, they cut them short and decided to throw dirt under them to fill in the gap (see pictures). Also, the french got picket portion of my fence was gaped at 4" gaps which made the fenced in yard pointless with a small dog and small children. They came out multiple times saying that the 4" gap is standard even though they sent me an email saying the standard
