If you are looking to replace your air conditioner, I highly recommend Tony Nunez at Reaction Air. He and his team were professional, punctual, skilled, and take pride in their work. They went out of their way to seal leaky ducts so that our air conditioner would work at its highest efficiency. Our questions were all answered in a prompt and timely manner.
We have had both our units replaced by Reaction. One in 2018, the other in 2019. Could not say enough good about Tony and his crew. They were on time, professional and fast. They did a great job on the install and left no sign of the major work when they were done. Our house was clean and the shelves removed for install were back up like they were never moved.
The only bad thing I can say is that the units they installed are so good, and they did such a great job there will be no reason to do business with them again for the next 15 years. We bought a house with a system that was 14 years old. We knew that the system would most likely need to be replaced but hoped that it would last one or two more years before replacement needed to occur.
We met Tony through friends and when we found out that he worked in the air-conditioning field, we asked him to service our existing system. He… was prompt, professional and candid in his assessment of our system.
While we worked with him to extend the life of our units, the inevitable occurred in July when one of our units failed. Tony was able to respond immediately and made a second trip
