The tech Chriss first wanted to charge me $450 to replace a capacitor but was not sure if that would fix my unit, i said to go ahead he went to roof and not even a minute later came back and said he couldn't install it due and that the next step would be to get a new motor a d the price was over $1500 and then proceeded to say that i was better off getting a brand new unit, i asked for quote and he said it would be around $7500 or more, i told him to send it to me I'm writing which he never did.

When I called regarding my AC concerns, they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Since it's the middle of summer in Arizona, that was a huge relief! Anytime I called to speak with someone they were professional, compassionate, and genuinely friendly. The technician, Adrian, was on time and professional. He asked a lot of relative questions to help understand the AC concern and did a thorough job inspecting all aspects of the system. Thankfully he was able to fix the concern same day. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The repair man was kind, friendly and professional. Most of all he was 2 hours earlier than expected, which was a real blessing in this Az monsoon heat. The AC was back in service quickly and quietly. Like a breath of fresh air, they are honest and trustworthy and we are enjoying a cool home again. Thank you Cool Touch Air Conditioning!!

My main valve to my toilet was leaking even with the house main water line off. Within an hour of my call Jeff Orr arrived. He removed and replaced the valve in record time. He also provided me with helpful guidance on the toilet install. He was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Jeff for your plumbing needs!!

Arizona Family is right! This is an A+ HVAC provider. We asked them for a check-up of our ac, after Another Company Emphatically told us that the system was depleted of refrigerant and that we needed to replace it due to a leak in the air handler coil that is rusted. Cool Touch technician Daniel came promptly and made a through inspection and told us that so far everything is in working order! Yes, the coil is rusty, but there is NO leak at all. Actually the system has a little overfill of the refrigerant. We are very happy with Cool Touch, which didn’t want to push a sell when it was not necessary

I Used this AC company once last year because they had really good reviews. One of Our AC unit is not working so looking for install a new unit.i Thought we would use this AC company again based on all the good reviews. Made an appointment for today for technician to come get a quote. I was busy at work and my husband was home. He met the technician after that he called me. From what my husband told me , the technician was kind of cold with him. Did not seems want to explain or talk more.maybe because my husband is asian and he does not speak very good English.

Cool Touch is always quick to respond and send a representative to my moms house or mine. They are honest with their prices and their quality of people and product are worth every penny. I recently had my AC unit go out and they had someone come out within 2 hours max and repaired my unit within the hour. Cool Touch is and will always be my go to AC company!

I've barely become a first time homeowner and I've already got to replace my AC unit. I didn't want to end up dealing a shady company and two people recommended Cool Touch. I was very glad they did. Their technician Cristian was able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem efficiently. I had a lot of questions and he patiently and knowledgeably answered them all. I haven't gone further than the diagnostic yet, but so far the company seems great. Even the dispatcher Deana was friendly and understanding. Very impressed.

Daniel was our technician. Daniel was friendly and even remember me from performing service (over a year previously) at our old house. Not only did he remember me but he remembered the details of our house and the issue he fixed. Daniel quickly diagnosed the issue. I highly recommend Cool Touch. I’ve used them for over 10 years; very honest and dependable!! They always professionally perform maintenance, (check all ampdraws, pressures, temp split, capacitor, bearings, coil chemically, cleared drain line, complete maintenance).
