Had a problem with my HVAC system and received a text shortly after leaving a message. Jeremy called me and arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it. More importantly he was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. He explained the problem in understandable detail. He also spent the time to program the new thermostat I decided to purchase. 5 out of 5 STARS!!!

If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would!!! My AC unit wasn't cooling off my house. My home warranty sent out Alien Air. I had Chris come out. I explained to him what was going on. He LISTENED to me which I appreciate very much!! He looked at the unit and put a part on. He took pictures and showed me everything he did and what was up there. Let me know it definitely needs to be serviced and I could see that. Told me it should be getting cooler soon. If there was anymore problems to call him. I had to call him and ask him to come back. I let him know it wasn't getting any cooler. He

I had Mike come out early today. After leaving them a voicemail at 4 in the morning. They replied to me even before they opened for business. And had Mike come out just before 10am. And before the heat got too bad. He did a great job explaining. And going over options. And made short work of the issue we were having. I could tell he was recommending what was best for us.
