We had a troubled gas heater acting up. It took multiple companies across several days to troubleshoot. Nobody could figure out the problem until Dave got on the job. Dave provided impeccable service and worked through the problem over a holiday weekend. He showed up Monday and got it fixed. Great spot Dave!

He is on time, excellent with repairs & maintenance, polite..I couldn't ask for more, except I do request him to always be my service technician. We had a very good experience. The service tech John was on time, diagnosed the problem, had the two pars required for the repair on his truck, completed the work and was on his way. Price seemed fair, but most of all we were pleased that within a few hours after our call to Christina in the office on Monday morning, the unit was up and running again. We would recommend Scottsdale Air Conditioning and Heating.

Over the past 20+ years, Scottsdale Air has done a number of jobs, both big and small, for us. From replacing our air conditioner to annual tune-ups, all work has been done on time at a fair price.

Due to my husband’s health, a recent AC repair (on a hot, July day) was especially urgent. Even though late July is the high season for AC repairs and their schedule was very busy, the caring, competent employees at Scottsdale Air made sure the repair was done quickly.

The technician who serviced my house did a great job but the guy who came out after to look at my unit was a very pushy salesman (who insisted he wasn’t a salesman, you know the type). He told me I needed a $10,000 system replacement, but I thought that was extreme. I had a family friend recommend someone who came out and let me know that was a crazy overreaction and that all I needed was more refrigerant and my system would be good for the year. Had I just trusted this company I would’ve bought an expensive whole system in the middle of summer rather than maintain my existing unit for longer

After having Scottsdale Air replace both of our HVAC systems in one day a few years ago and doing a beautiful job, I decided that we should have the also do the recommended annual maintenance. William came out today to preform the AC portion of the service and was amazing. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient and a real pleasure to meet. After a bad experience with another HVAC company that does a lot of TV advertising, we have been so happy to use Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling. We received a very competitive price on our new units which were promptly installed. William, our service tech, is very professional and communicates quite well.
