I'm very disappointed with this companies quality of workmanship & ability to stand behind their quality of products. We have used this company to replace one of our ac units about 1 1/2 year ago. We received a " lemon unit " is what my husband & I have been told by two of their technicians on multiple occasions. We have had at least half a dozen service calls and they never are able to remedy the situation. I placed a call on Friday August 20th, for the Supervisor to give me a call and escalate our issues to the owner. They told me they would discuss the issue on Monday

Heat pump making noise last night.
Called Alliance first thing this morning and they said they had a cancellation and could have someone out inside the hour.
Tech was on time, professional and got right to it.
Fixed everything under warranty and took care of the problem.
We bought this unit in 2011with a 10 year warranty.
Alliance has done routine service every year at a reasonable price and handled several warranty issues with virtually no hassles.
Sales, office and field staff have all been professional and moved quickly to resolve any issues in a professional manner.
I have no reservations

We had a problem w/ a clogged condensate line. The repair may (or may not) have led to a cracked drain pan. There was no way to determine how the crack occurred - it could have been b/c of the tech or happened on its own. Nonetheless, Alliance gave us the benefit of the doubt and covered the ~$800 repair. Really appreciated it!

It can be particularly unnerving finding oneself in need of AC service with an inoperable system on the hottest day of the year. With all of the available choices for AC service we were relieved to have a trusted friend recommend Alliance Comfort Systems and they exceeded our expectations. From initial contact with their office staff to our service tech Louis, their communication was prompt, professional and the work performed exactly as one would hope and expect.

They are good and bad, I would not recommend this company after all.
On Aug 5th Luis the tech figured out the freon was low, and added 3 lbs of RC 22, and the AC is blowing cold air again, I did not meet Luis in person, because it is my rental house, I only talked to them via phone, Luis was able to answer all my questions and gave me the 'promise' that we would survive the heat and make it through the 2018 after he added the 3 lb of the RC22..
The charged $135 per lb for the RC22, which is a bit pricing, but he waived my service/trip/diagnose fee.

TIM WAS GREAT STUPENDOUS AND AWESOME!!!!!!! Thank you Alliance for being the ONLY AC repair company in the Valley that answered and responded to our emergency call yesterday.
Our total was approximately $600 parts and labor (and service fee) which was in line with our research for the average cost of the fixes. We had a cap replaced and new relay.
I will recommend you all to everyone!

Tim showed up in the time I was quoted. He was very professional, knew exactly what the problem was--unit had iced up and quickly got it unfrozen and working. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Alliance to anyone looking for quick and efficient air conditioning repair. Tim k did an amazing job at taking care of my a/c and I . Making sure it worked before He left. I understand it's a 24 hr service but who wants to leave the comfort of their home at 10 at night??? FANTASTIC! I have had Luis work on two different homes, one two years ago and one today. He remembered me from 2 years ago and my other home. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, timely. Today when he said what the repair was my brother said he could do it and Luis just told him what parts to buy. Also I had Maurice do my annual checkup and he was also prompt, kind, really explained my a/c unit to me, and thorough with his inspection. This company is the best!

Luis Ramirez with Alliance came to do an annual inspection on our 2 A/C units on the roof (It had been two years). They charge $129 per unit. I like companies that charge a reasonable fee for the inspection so they don't have to "find" problems to fix.
Luis found no problems, was quick, polite and knowledgeable. I signed up for their annual program, which provides two inspections per year for the price of one. What's not to like?

Have had them fix my AC (couple times) and my water heater and have been extremely happy with the service both service techs and the office. As someone who works in construction myself, I respect the fact they were honest, fair and didn't try to sell unnecessary replacements. I have recommended them to other friends who have had success as well.
