I should have taken before pictures. They were very responsive and communicative. The gentleman came in to inspect the carpet and showed me stains that I had no idea were there. He gave me a recommendation but also explained the entire process. In and out within the hour and the carpet looks amazing!

Absolutely wonderful experience! They exceeded my expectations. I initially reached out for carpet cleaning but was informed that they do so much more. Within 24 hours, they repaired some a few spots & completely repainted my ceiling, along with immediately doing deep cleaning for the carpet. Great work, very timely, and highly recommended. Miguel said he couldn’t accommodate us as we were in a hurry. He would be able to come out in three days. For a rush he would have to charge us more. I wanted to search for someone else. I said I would call back if I couldn’t find someone. He then said he could be there at 10:00 the next morning. I was grateful but the honesty part didn’t sit well.

I provided my days and times available and they were able to work with my schedule. Miguel did a AWESOME job made my carpets look and smell great! I found this company on Groupon and as a early Christmas gift for my daughter to help ease some of the holiday stress. I purchased the $39 one for 3 rooms. When she called to schedule they told her that they were not doing the Groupon any more but they could honor the price if she paid them directly. So I canceled the Groupon and just sent her the money. Once she reached them again they gave her a run around but got her scheduled. The day they were to come out, they called and had to reschedule for today. They called today to reschedule but she pushed for them to make it work so they came out.

Disappointed! Why do you have a Groupon out there if you won't honor it? Why did I pay an extra $10 for "fuel for your machine" Why in the hell do I have to pay for YOUR FUEL? Rep should have introduced himself when I first opened the door and should have said THANK YOU when I closed the door and he left. He wanted me to pay MORE for a deep cleaning!! WTH! Are you kidding me? I only had one SMALL room to be done. The price includes 3 rooms. AND ALL THE FURNITURE was out of the room for the cleaning! To my surprise, he was able to set up an appointment for the very next day. When he arrived, I was greeted with a smile, professionalism & efficiency. I went through Groupon and paid the fee for 5 rooms to be cleaned. When I called to set the appointment I was told they were not honoring any Groupon orders because they were over booked for Groupon customers; HOWEVER, if I wanted to pay the regular fee they could schedule me.
I was also told it wasn't their "issue" because I paid Groupon not Live Green. That they don't, nor do they have to, update Groupon when they are no longer honoring the Groupon discount. They just use them foe advertisement.

I bought a service on Living Social today for carpet cleaning. When I called to schedule it, I was told, "We no longer honor those. Where did you get it??" I told him I had JUST purchased it 10 minutes ago, and he said , Oh well. You would have to pay us up front. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND FRAUD FOR SELLING ON LIVING SOCIAL!!!

I purchased a groupon before thanksgiving and called the owner. He said to return the groupon and pay more money and he would service me that week. I said I'd like to keep the groupon rate so he could only get to me on January 8th (6 weeks later). They no showed. Called the owner again and got the same run around, "if you have a groupon you are not the priority and I can't get to you." The owner is a crook and a scam, do business with a reputable company.

After no showing the appointed he had made with my wife, he told me today "you can't please everyone". He also told my wife that she "wasn't a priority". Clearly this guy has no sense of proper business conduct.

I don't write many reviews, but felt compelled to write one for Live Green. This was by far the best cleaning service I have ever used! The owners are incredibly friendly and personable, and genuinely care about the quality of work. My new dog had made a "mess" all over our carpet, and now after cleaning it looks brand new! They cleaned the rest of my carpet as well, and got out some stains that several other companies told me couldn't be done. Live green also did this work at HALF the price of those other companies. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend
