I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment a week in advance, I texted my address and confirm the appointment the Friday before. The day of the appointment nobody show up or have the decency of calling, I text and called to let him know that I was still waiting, it he was a professional a least let the customer know that you can’t do the job and that will give the customer an option to find someone else.

My wife and I are both 20 year veterans from the Army, so when we saw a veteran owned carpet cleaning service we were sold. Our technician Jarvis, was polite, punctual, and extremely professional. He thoroughly walked me through the process and was very accurate on timeline to finish. In the future we will ONLY be using this company for any steam cleaning needs that may surface in our home. Will was great, professional, and knowledgeable. We're preparing to sell our home and need the carpets to be deep cleaned and few stain removed on very close to white carpets. Couldn’t ask for better service from the first point of contact thru the last step. William was very knowledgeable, patient and came fully prepared. I had two stains in carpet, red stains, that two other reputable companies had basically told me good luck sir. William came out and took care of both of them with ease and with a great attitude. This was our first time hiring professional carpet cleaners and I could not be any happier with the service we got. I corresponded with Mr. Surgeon from start to finish and he was hands down the most professional person I've ever worked with. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and wants nothing more than to satisfy all his customers. We hired this company for 5 rooms and one major pet stain. Everything was communicated to me about what would be done and how it would be done. They do not just come in and do work take your money and leave.
