I hired R&K to do water mitigation and repair the damage done. Patrick the owner was very curtious and helpful. He explained what needed to be done to repair my house. He was flexible with me and kept me informed of the status on the materials and other items needed to complete my repairs. Once complete the areas they fixed looked great and totally changed the look of my house. Overall I would recommend using this company to repair or upgrade your house

Patrick and his team did an outstanding job on cleaning and polishing my aging hardwood floors. Beyond my wildest dreams they reconditioned the floors and cleaned the grout in my kitchen and bathroom. They have earned a customer for life. Patrick did a fantastic job making my carpets look brand new! I have 2 small children and a large dog, so there were plenty of stains that needed attention. Patrick was early, enthusiastic and did a phenomenal job. He was quick, but thorough! I didnt need much done, but wanted fresh carpets and I am super happy with all his work. Patrick did an amazing job! I called asking for same day service and he was able to accomodate and come by the house quickly. The carpet was a mess (new rental) and he went above and beyond to ensure it was properly cleaned. He even called the rental company and explained the state of the carpets and because of him the cost of the cleaning was reimbursed by the company. Patrick is customer friendly and knows what he is doing, complete professional!! Thank you!

I would absolute recommend Patrick to anyone who needs carpet repair services. My puppy went a little bit crazy in her chewing stage on the carpeting on one of my steps. I contacted Patrick and he came out same day - in the evening after I got off work, which is always difficult for me to find - and was done within an hour.
