They accommodated my schedule booking the visit, and once here, went COMPLETELY above and beyond, answering all questions and offering up tips and advice on how to best perform preventative maintenance in the future. Oscar was great, on time and very thorough.
Sadly I waited longer than I should’ve to here my ducts cleaned but he got them all done and was honest about whether my upper vents needed it (they didn’t) so luckily I saved some money.
Will definitely refer him to all my clients and use him again in the future for my home

We moved into the area but the carpets were not cleaned before the original owners left. So We contacted Denver Pros for service based on previous reviews. Oscar was in high demand for his cleaning ability so we ended up waiting a few weeks. The wait was worth it, he took care of the floors, cleaning them to perfection and took care of the spot where our cat had decided to wet in a couple of times before we blocked him out of the area. A day later and everything looks great and the scents neutralized. We are quite happy with everything done and would hire Denver Pros, especially Oscar, again!

Oscar was friendly and efficient but after he left I discovered a broken window TV antennae and a dirty sliding glass door track. He came back and stated he would replace the antennae. That did not happen. He also cleaned the track. Later I looked at the sliding glass door when the sunshine was on it. He missed cleaning the outside of the window. I sent pictures and his response was, “ someone tried cleaning it with a cloth or paper towel.” No one has been living here to clean windows. Disappointed with that. I sent another picture showing dirt around the window latch which he did not address

He did an amazing job and came out last minute per our request. I had an emergency come up and called them, they and they were able to figure out a way to come out on the same day and help us out. I really appreciated that gesture and am thankful for the customer service and great service they did. My carpets look great and clean.

Oscar, Sandy, and Jessica were all fantastic! They are generally closed on Sundays, but I had circumstantial reasons for needing it done before next week, and they accommodated my schedule accordingly. Jessica was professional and patient when making my appointment. Ms. Sandy was so accommodating when I initially called. Mr. Oscar came on time, did a fantastic job, and got all the stains off the windows and floors. Thank you so much for everything you did.

I just moved into a new home and began to realize that there were a lot of things that slipped through the cracks when it came to cleaning from the previous tenants. I was worried about my dryer vents being clogged and the lint causing a fire so I called Denver Pros. They showed up the first day and unfortunately didn't have the hoses needed to clean the dryer vent. I hired Denver Pros for Carpet Cleaning and Air Duct Cleaning. This was my first home, the previous owner left my home dusty with lot of Cat hair and stained carpets. I am really glad that we hired them. Oscar was very professional and friendly. He also cleaned our tile grouts and made it look much better. One of the wardrobe room was missed because it was inside a bathroom, my wife call Denver Pros to see if they can come back, Oscar came in on the same day and cleaned it for us. Denver Pros also cleaned our air ducts and I feel the air quality and carpet are clean at home.
