The technicians came and had to leave to get a different part because the 1 spigot they brought would not work for my house. I was shocked to see that I was billed an extra hour of service time for the time it took them to get the new part. When I called to ask about the bill, I was told "it is what it is." I fail to see how it's my responsibility to make sure they bring the right parts for the job. I'll be looking for a new plumber for my next project or repair.

Critical: Responsiveness
Called first thing in the morning, 8am and was told we would be put on " the list". Waited all day. When I called in the afternoon to see what's up, I was told they weren't coming because they went to an emergency. So my question is when we're they going to call me back to say they weren't coming? That's bad, bad customer service.

Prompt response to last-minute request for service, knowledgeable technician, reasonable prices, personable and yet still professional, "my word is my bond" impression. Highly recommend: we had just bought a house, experienced a broken pipe/small flood in the bathroom, called, and a tech went out the same day - I thought for an estimate, but he had all he needed to fix the problem - and that was that. Very happy with the company; we already have other projects for them to handle.
